What is the space of time that a friendship becomes more than the name friend implies.
Well it is an impossible question. The emotions of a moment or months can define a friendship of a lifetime.
Rather the question should be what space across time defines one of the ones. A friendship that lasts a lifetime. One that survives downs and ups and the sandpaper of time.
One that no matter how long the interval, the connection remains.
Another two lifetimes will answer that question. But where I stand today. They are but a few, but precious.
