海鹰丸 - Umitaka Maru


The Umitaka Maru, which had been conducting research in Antarctic waters, arrived in Singapore with an 80-person crew (total capacity 107) on December 8, 2025 to take on supplies.

Built in 2000 this Japanese flagged research vessel has a gross tonnage of 1,828 tonne's is 93m long & 15m wide, and is managed by the Tokyo University of Fisheries in Japan.
