What a strange vintage we are. Constantly needing to photograph each thing, each moment. What other species demands to self archive everything? The same information, experiences, places visually captured over and over again. What do we expect to learn from it; from taking a picture of it all? No Coining - All Rights Reserved

Public Restrooms

Most people pee 4-10 times every 24-hours. Each time we pee, about 250mls of pee-pee is excreted. Meaning on average it takes 4+ hours for pee on said city street to evaporate on an average day.

How many people pee on the streets on the given streets of a western city in a given day? Well... my nose tells me it is more than the number of hours in a day it takes to make the smell escape my nose. Luckily we poop a bit less often...

Public restrooms. Yes, not public toilets. Are a place the public can access with relative ease to rest and release. In Western cities this is indeed complicated by a small, but dysfunctional minority turning the rest into an opioid induced long stay.

The question my dear tax prayers is: does the smell, outweigh the cost?
